OUR Sponsors

We couldn’t do it without you. Really. We couldn’t.

When we thank our sponsors we do so from our hearts, not because it’s part of any sponsorship requirement. Our sponsors have been with us from the outset and they are our friends and our partners. Our pledge to them is that we will do our very best to make sure their investment and trust in us is rewarded ten-fold. We will support Australia’s artists, grow art in the community, and help our young people to learn to love and express their thoughts through art.

Lester Group - Founding Sponsor

As a founding sponsor of the Black Swan Prize for Portraiture, we are passionate about actively supporting the arts. It has taken just a few years for the Black Swan Prize for Portraiture to establish itself as one of Perth's most prestigious art events.
Now increased to $50,000, the first prize we soley fund is a standout in the field, with prize money well above that of other local art competitions. Working alongside ARTrinsic, our aim is for the Black Swan Prize for Portraiture to achieve the same prominence as the Archibald Prize.
We have recently launched a funding drive to expand the competition's profile and reach.
"We want to live in a great environment and vibrant community, so you have to help build that, you can't sit back and let others do it."

Russell Lester
